Stephanie Kroll Compass | Aspen Snowmass Luxury Real Estate Broker | Avant Garde Aspen

"Stephanie was fantastic to work with and helped us secure our dream property after months of effort and multiple attempts. She was always responsive, professional and patiently persistent while working with the many challenges that arose, never wavering in her dedication to our goal. Her always positive attitude even when faced with challenges made the whole experience wonderful and we will definitely turn to Stephanie again in the future for our real estate needs. In a valley full of sub-par agents, Stephanie comes with invaluable integrity and grit. We highly recommend!"

"Before I was even in the market to sell or buy, I knew I Stephanie would be my realtor! Our shared love for Mid Century architecture and design made that clear. But beyond aesthetics, she proved to be so much more. Stephanie helped me sell my home for more than I ever expected (in a buyers market!) AND helped me and my family find our forever home! All in ONE month! Stephanie was very professional when working with the other agents and her negotiation, communication, and marketing skills were impeccable. She made what easily could and should have been an incredibly stressful process, effortless and exciting! Her knowledge and ability to read the market is only going to benefit you when making one of the largest financial decisions of your life. Our family is forever grateful for her hard work and dedication to us as clients. We cannot thank her enough! Any day of the week, Stephanie is whom I would recommend for any and all real estate needs!"

"Stephanie has been the most professional and enjoyable person to work with. She has such an extensive knowledge of the Aspen and Denver markets, and is even an expert on local events and things to do. She is responsive and patient, and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with her. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone who is looking for a broker in Aspen or Denver, as she excels in both areas."
